Angola
In November 2006, the Company signed a production sharing contract for a 40% working interest in Block 5 offshore Angola. The Company will be the operator for the 1.4 million acre block and recently it acquired 1,000 square kilometers of 3D seismic data over a portion of the acreage. The Company plans to commence exploratory activities in 2008 upon completion of processing and interpretation of the data.
